El Grupo de Investigación en Aspectos bioquímicos, fisiológicos y tecnológicos de la postcosecha de productos frutihortícolas, liderado por los Dres. Marcos Civello y Gustavo Martínez ha publicado un nuevo trabajo de investigación en la revista Scientiae Horticulturae. El paper, titulado: "Harvesting at the end of the day extends postharvest life in kale (Brassica oleracea var. sabellica)" tiene como autores pertenecientes al INFIVE (CONICET) a las becarias doctorales Lic. Victoria Casajús, Lic. Romina Ramos, Lic. Antonella Barriga Lourenco y los Dres. Marcos Civello (Inv. Principal), Gustavo Martínez (Inv. Principal), Dr. Mauro Perini y Dr. Diego Fanello (CPA Profesional). También participaron las Ing. Agr.
